The practical side of working with us: a registered EU company, contracts you can hand to legal, IP that ends up yours, and an address you can visit.
Choosing a development supplier in another country usually stalls in procurement rather than in the technical evaluation. Who is the counterparty, which law applies, who owns the output, where does the data sit.
This page answers those questions before you have to ask them. Everything below is verifiable in the Polish public registers.
Just Site sp. z o.o. — a Polish limited liability company. NIP 7773412524, KRS 0001058511, both checkable in the national register.
Widok 13, 62-070 Dąbrówka, in the Dopiewo commune just west of Poznań. Not a virtual office or a coworking mailbox.
Copyright in the delivered work transfers to you under the contract. We hand over repositories and infrastructure definitions continuously, not on final payment.
As an EU company we fall under GDPR directly. We sign a data processing agreement and keep a record of what we process on your behalf.
Deployments go to the region you nominate — commonly AWS eu-central-1 in Frankfurt or an equivalent Azure region — so personal data stays in the EU.
We invoice in EUR with a valid EU VAT number, so reverse charge applies for business customers in other member states.
We establish what you need and whether we are a sensible fit. If we are not, we say so rather than write a proposal.
Signed before you share anything sensitive. We are happy to work from your template instead of ours.
Scope, team shape, rate, assumptions and exclusions, in a form you can forward to procurement without translation.
Your legal team reviews; we negotiate on IP, liability, notice and data terms. Polish or EU law, your choice of jurisdiction where workable.
Accesses exchanged, environments provisioned, first iteration planned. Usually within a week of signature.
We are about twenty minutes by car west of central Poznań, in Dąbrówka. Poznań–Ławica airport has direct connections to several Western European hubs, and Berlin is under three hours away by road.
Clients who want a face-to-face kick-off usually combine it with a day in Poznań; we are equally happy to meet you in the city centre. Let us know a few days ahead so the people you will actually be working with are in the office.
Office hours are 09:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday. Outside those, email gets a reply the next working morning.
Ask and we will send the registration documents, VAT number and a draft contract the same working day.
