Who you are actually signing with

The practical side of working with us: a registered EU company, contracts you can hand to legal, IP that ends up yours, and an address you can visit.

Due diligence, answered up front

Choosing a development supplier in another country usually stalls in procurement rather than in the technical evaluation. Who is the counterparty, which law applies, who owns the output, where does the data sit.

This page answers those questions before you have to ask them. Everything below is verifiable in the Polish public registers.

The practical facts

Registered EU entity

Just Site sp. z o.o. — a Polish limited liability company. NIP 7773412524, KRS 0001058511, both checkable in the national register.

A real address

Widok 13, 62-070 Dąbrówka, in the Dopiewo commune just west of Poznań. Not a virtual office or a coworking mailbox.

IP assigned to you

Copyright in the delivered work transfers to you under the contract. We hand over repositories and infrastructure definitions continuously, not on final payment.

GDPR as a controller’s processor

As an EU company we fall under GDPR directly. We sign a data processing agreement and keep a record of what we process on your behalf.

Data residency you choose

Deployments go to the region you nominate — commonly AWS eu-central-1 in Frankfurt or an equivalent Azure region — so personal data stays in the EU.

EUR invoicing, EU VAT

We invoice in EUR with a valid EU VAT number, so reverse charge applies for business customers in other member states.

From first contact to signed contract

1. Intro call

We establish what you need and whether we are a sensible fit. If we are not, we say so rather than write a proposal.

2. NDA

Signed before you share anything sensitive. We are happy to work from your template instead of ours.

3. Written proposal

Scope, team shape, rate, assumptions and exclusions, in a form you can forward to procurement without translation.

4. Contract review

Your legal team reviews; we negotiate on IP, liability, notice and data terms. Polish or EU law, your choice of jurisdiction where workable.

5. Kick-off

Accesses exchanged, environments provisioned, first iteration planned. Usually within a week of signature.

Visiting us

We are about twenty minutes by car west of central Poznań, in Dąbrówka. Poznań–Ławica airport has direct connections to several Western European hubs, and Berlin is under three hours away by road.

Clients who want a face-to-face kick-off usually combine it with a day in Poznań; we are equally happy to meet you in the city centre. Let us know a few days ahead so the people you will actually be working with are in the office.

Office hours are 09:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday. Outside those, email gets a reply the next working morning.

Frequently asked questions

Which law governs the contract?+
Polish law by default, which is EU law for the parts that matter to you — GDPR, consumer and commercial directives. Where a client needs a different governing law inside the EU we will look at it.
Do you sign our NDA and our master services agreement?+
Yes. We would rather work from your paper than ask you to adopt ours, and we will flag clearly any clause we cannot accept instead of quietly ignoring it.
How do we verify the company exists?+
Search KRS 0001058511 in the Polish National Court Register, or the NIP 7773412524 in the EU VIES VAT system. Both are public and free.
Where will our data be stored?+
Wherever you specify. Our default for EU clients is a Frankfurt region so personal data never leaves the Union, and we document the data flows as part of the processing agreement.
What happens to the code if we stop working together?+
You keep everything. The repositories are yours throughout, infrastructure is defined as code in your account where possible, and we run a handover so another team can pick it up.
Can we meet the engineers before signing?+
Yes, and we encourage it. You will meet the people who would be on your project, not an account manager.

Need our company details for procurement?

Ask and we will send the registration documents, VAT number and a draft contract the same working day.
