Cookie Policy

  1. This Cookie Policy is a supplement to the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data using cookies and other internet technologies.

  2. The term "cookies" refers to IT data (small text files) that are stored and saved on devices through which the User uses the Service.

  3. The definitions of terms used in this Cookie Policy are applicable as defined on the Just Site page.

  4. Upon entering the Service, the Service Provider may, depending on the User's choice, install cookies that enable the collection of information regarding the User's device (e.g., computer, phone) and the User's use of the Service. Information is collected until the expiration of the respective cookie.

  5. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's device. These files cannot introduce viruses, unwanted software, or malware onto Users' devices. The use of cookies allows identifying the software used by the User and customizing the Service individually for each User. Cookies contain information about the domain name from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device, and an assigned value.

  6. The Service uses two main types of cookies – "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies: a. "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until they log out, leave the Service, or disable the software (web browser), b. "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for a period defined in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

  7. The User has the ability to restrict or disable the access of cookies to their device. If these options are used, the use of the Service will be possible, except for functions that require cookies to operate.

  8. Cookies are used by the Administrator for the following purposes: a. Configuration of the Service by adjusting and optimizing its content to the User's preferences, remembering the settings selected by the User, personalizing the interface, browsing history to recommend content and appearance of the Service, as well as other similar settings, b. Creating statistics that help understand how Users of the Service use the website, enabling the improvement of its structure and content, c. Remembering the User's location to adjust the provided information to the User's location, d. Authenticating the User in the Service and maintaining the User's session (after logging in), so the User does not need to re-enter their login and password on each subpage, e. Proper configuration of selected Service features, f. Optimizing and increasing the efficiency of services provided by the Administrator, g. Implementing processes necessary for the full functionality of the Service by adjusting its content to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Service – in particular, these files allow recognizing the basic parameters of the User's device and appropriately displaying the Service adapted to their individual needs, h. Ensuring the security and reliability of the Service by processing certain information adequately to the purpose for which it was collected.

  9. The User can independently adjust the settings regarding cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage, as well as access by these files to the device. The User can change the settings mentioned above by changing the settings of the web browser and through the configuration of a given service. Settings can be changed to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform the User every time cookies are placed on the device. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways to handle cookies in browsers is available in the settings of the respective web browser software.

  10. The User can delete cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser they use. The applied restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available in the Service.

  11. The Administrator may use Google Analytics tools, which collect anonymous information about the User's visits to the Service. This information includes, among other things, the subpages viewed by the User during their visit to the Site, the time spent in the Service, or transitions between individual pages to generate anonymous statistics regarding the functioning of the Service and enable the analysis of activity in the Service to better tailor the offer to the Users' needs.

  12. The Administrator may use Google Ads tools, allowing the presentation of the offer within the Google search engine and on websites that are part of the Google advertising network. An advertisement for the Service may be displayed to the User entering specific keywords in the search engine. Within Google Ads, the Administrator analyzes the effectiveness of ads published on Google pages, allowing better alignment of the offer with the User's expectations. After clicking on the banner ad published by Google, cookies are saved on the User's computer within Google Ads. In this way, only statistical information is obtained that serves to identify the advertising banner.

  13. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Cookie Policy.
