A mobile team you can actually reach

Not an agency queue — a named squad in Poznań working your backlog. We take over existing apps, rescue stalled ones, and keep releases shipping.

For teams that already have an app

Most people who reach us here are not starting from zero. They have an app that a previous supplier stopped supporting, one that crashes on newer devices, or one nobody can release any more because the signing setup left with an employee.

That work needs a different approach from greenfield development: read the code first, get a build reproducible, get releases unblocked, and only then talk about features.

What we take on

App takeover

Inheriting an app from another supplier — build reproduced, signing keys and store accounts recovered, dependencies brought current.

Technical audit

A written assessment of code, architecture, crash rate and store health, with a prioritised list of what to fix and what it costs.

Dedicated squad

A fixed group of mobile engineers on your backlog for an agreed number of hours a month, with the same people each sprint.

Release engineering

Reproducible builds, signing handled properly, CI pipelines and store submissions that stop being a manual ritual.

Cross-platform migration

Consolidating two diverging native codebases into React Native or Flutter when maintaining both stopped making sense.

Maintenance retainer

OS and SDK updates, crash triage, store policy changes and security patches handled before they become outages.

How a takeover runs

1. Access and inventory

We list what exists and what is missing: repositories, store accounts, signing material, backend, analytics, third-party keys.

2. Reproducible build

Before touching features we get the app building and running from a clean checkout. Until that works, nothing else is safe.

3. Audit report

A written picture of the state of things with risks ranked by what they cost you if ignored.

4. Unblock releases

CI, signing and store submission fixed so you can ship a version whenever you need to, not when a supplier is available.

5. Steady delivery

The squad works your roadmap in short cycles, with crash and adoption data guiding what comes next.

Based near Poznań

The team sits in Dąbrówka near Poznań, in the same time zone as Berlin and Paris. Screen-sharing a crash log at 4pm your time is a normal Tuesday, not an escalation.

For European product owners that proximity matters more on mobile than elsewhere: device-specific bugs are much faster to resolve when someone can pick up the actual handset the same day rather than describing it across an eight-hour gap.

Frequently asked questions

Can you take over an app built by someone else?+
Yes, that is most of what we do on this page. We start by reproducing the build from a clean checkout and writing an audit, so you get an honest picture before committing to ongoing work.
We lost our signing keys and store access. Is that recoverable?+
Usually. Google Play has a key-reset path when Play App Signing is enabled, and Apple certificates can be reissued from the developer account. Account ownership recovery is the slower part and we help you drive it.
What does an audit include and how long does it take?+
Typically one to two weeks. You get a written report covering architecture, dependency and OS-version risk, crash rate, release setup and store health, with fixes ranked by cost of leaving them.
Should we merge our separate Android and iOS apps?+
Only if the two have drifted apart and maintaining both is the actual bottleneck. If both are healthy and platform-specific, a migration is expensive work that buys little. We will say so.
How is a dedicated squad different from hiring an agency for a project?+
The same named engineers stay on your product month to month, so context does not reset. You buy capacity for a period rather than a fixed deliverable, which suits an existing app with a moving roadmap.
Do you also build new apps from scratch?+
Yes — that is covered on our mobile app development page. This page is about apps that already exist.
