DevOps

A dedicated DevOps engineer on an hourly model, covering AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. One-hour response to production incidents, round-the-clock on call, and unused hours roll over to the next month. For agencies we work white-label — with an NDA and a non-compete covering your clients.

About the service

You get a specific DevOps engineer who knows your system, works on your stack and picks up the phone when production is on fire. Not a support desk that re-reads the ticket history every time.

We bill for the hours actually used in a given month — no minimum, no entry tiers, no year-long commitment up front. Unused hours roll over to the next month.

The model in short

→

A dedicated engineer, not a rotating support desk — they know your system.

→

No minimum and no tiers. You pay for the hours used in a given month.

→

Unused hours roll over to the next month.

→

One-hour response to production incidents, around the clock.

→

White-label for agencies: an NDA and a non-compete covering your clients.

Who this is for

Software houses and agencies

You have client projects in production but no in-house DevOps — or you have exactly one and they are your single point of failure. We step in as your DevOps team, under your brand.

Companies with their own product

The development team is there, but nobody owns infrastructure, deployments and what happens when traffic triples. We take that part over.

White-label DevOps for agencies

We work under your brand, on your stack, in your tools. To the end client we are your team — we do not appear in emails, on calls or in contracts unless you want us to.

On top of that, two things that are an entry condition for an agency rather than a formality:

  • An NDA covering everything we see in your clients' code and infrastructure.
  • A non-compete — we do not take on your clients, during our engagement or after it ends. We do not poach the clients you entrust to us.

That is how we work with three teams today. The shortest of those engagements has been running for over two years.

The first 30 days — an audit before we change anything

We do not start by rolling out tools, but by understanding what you have and where it breaks first.

1

Infrastructure audit

What runs, where, on what, and who has access to it.

2

Code and architecture review

How the application is built and which parts of it limit scaling.

3

Automation opportunities

What is done by hand on every release and how much of it can go.

4

Scaling assessment

How the system behaves under traffic heavier than today's peak.

What we fix first, most of the time

In most systems we take over, problem number one is scaling. The application behaves under typical traffic and falls over exactly when the traffic that matters most arrives: during a campaign, in season, after a launch.

The cause usually is not in the code, but in the system running on too few instances with no mechanism to add more as load grows. Nobody sees it until the first peak.

Why ready-made applications block business growth

Off-the-shelf apps look cheap and convenient, but they cap how far your business can grow. Here are 8 hidden costs and SaaS traps nobody tells you about.

Read it→

Example: an application that fell over at peak

The situation. The application collapsed under a rush of users. Heavier-than-usual traffic was enough to stop it responding — precisely in the moments when it generated the most value.

What we did. An architecture audit showed where the throughput limit sat. We rebuilt the runtime layer so the number of instances follows load instead of being fixed.

The result. The system now handles more than 50 times more concurrent operations than before the changes.

Scope of work

Scope of work

Automation and CI/CD

Releases with no manual steps, reproducible environments, and rollbacks without panic.

Scaling and performance

Resources matched to real load, so a traffic peak is a technical event rather than a business one.

Business continuity

Monitoring, alerting and backups that somebody has actually tested.

Incident support

24/7 on call with a one-hour response to production incidents.

Cloud strategy

Choosing and configuring AWS, Azure or Google Cloud around what you actually run, not around a vendor's price list.

Stack and clouds

We work on AWS, Azure and GCP. With white-label clients we work on their stack and in their tools — we do not require a migration to our standards before we can start.

What it costs

We set the rate after the audit, because only then do we know what we are talking about. Keeping a stable system running and rescuing infrastructure nobody has touched in two years are two different scopes and two different quotes.

The audit is the starting point for the rate conversation — it does not commit you to working with us.

Start with an audit

We will show you where your infrastructure breaks first — and what leaving it as it is costs you. The audit does not commit you to anything further.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work under our brand?+
Yes. To the end client we are your team. That includes an NDA and a non-compete covering your clients.
We have no DevOps and do not know how many hours we need+
You do not need to know. There is no minimum and no tiers — we start with an audit, which shows the scale of the need by itself.
What happens if nothing goes wrong in a given month?+
Unused hours roll over to the next month.
Will you take over infrastructure from another supplier?+
Yes. We start with an inventory: what exists, what the access looks like and what is missing. Before we change anything, we get to a state where the environment can be recreated from scratch.
How fast do you respond to an incident?+
Within an hour, around the clock.
Do we have to migrate to a different cloud?+
No. We work with what you have. We propose a migration only when the numbers say it pays off — and we show you that calculation.
